Sake Central will host a casual and educational sake tasting in collaboration with The Hive.

In order to learn what makes sake special and how to recognise different varieties of it, guests will be guided through a selection of sake from different regions and styles in Japan. 🇯🇵

The duration of the event will be around one hour.

About the Collaborator:
Matteo S. Ceravolo has been working in the sake industry for 4 years after attending the Sake Sommelier course from SSA in London. He also collaborated with the Italian Sake Sommelier Association. In 2016 he joined the opening team of Sakeya, the first Sake House in Italy as Head of Shop and Sake Sommelier. In 2017, Matteo moved to Hong Kong to become General Manager of Sake Central, a new project in PMQ, Central and now wishes to share his knowledge of sake to the curious.
