Learn how its unique flavour is created, why it’s nicknamed the ‘Eau-de-vie’, and how to distinguish between different blends and vintages in this intimate class led by Hine.
Created in 1763, Hine is armed with 256 years of attention to detail from the early work in the vineyards to the art of blending the finest eaux-de-vie. Hine owns 110 hectares of vineyards in the region’s first growth, the Grande Champagne.
