1. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from the Hive Studios directly.
2. Deposit of HKD 1,000 is required for all bookings and will be refunded via bank transfer 7-10 days after booking date.
3. Each booking must be a minimum of 2 hours.
4. Booking time must include set up and take down.
5. Any overtime bookings will be charged $500 for every 15 minutes overtime.
6. Cancellation or changes made by non-members must be made 48 hours prior to booking time and confirmed with the Hive via email or by phone call.
7. Cancellation or changes made by Hive members must be made 24 hours prior to booking time and confirmed with the Hive in person, via email or by phone call.
8. Non-Members can book up to 30 mins prior to closing hours.
9. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your shoot to complete the check-in process.
10. Studio must be returned to its original state at check-out or additional fees may apply.
11. Equipment must be returned to the front desk at check-out.
12. Smoking is strictly not allowed within the building including stairwells. If users are caught smoking where it is prohibited, HKD 1,000 will be fined immediately.
13. Mask shall be worn at all times throughout the booking when possible.
14. No eating inside the studios.
I acknowledge that I have read the above terms and conditions and agree to be bound by the rules throughout my booking. The Hive reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.
